Our Story

Verdure Planet was founded on November 6, 2020, and it started with many different business ventures. We began as a fitness company,  an online furniture company, but we stumbled upon sustainability. There was something about sustainability that spoke to me. I realized that my passion for sustainability came through my drive and determination to help others and the environment surrounding me because at the end of the day. When I was in high school, I would always read many different news articles on the dangerous rate of burning up our atmosphere.

Through this, I knew that there had to be a change soon if we planned to give our future any hope. Not to mention that these emissions affect our communities drastically. This can be as simple as the air pollution that a local manufacturer produces can cause poor air quality and aggravate pre-existing health conditions such as asthma or heart problems amongst seniors.

A staggering statistic that helped shape Verdure Planet's mission statement into what it is today is that just 100 companies are responsible for 71% of global emissions. I knew that this change had to be innovative, cost-effective, and efficient for businesses. I noticed that many companies today do not realize the long-term impact of the day-to-day materials they use within their operations on the environment. Our goal at Verdure Planet is to provide sustainable products and materials to businesses to help them achieve their ESG goals and initiatives so we are able to provide a nourishing environment for generations to come.
